Contact
ElevenReview is written and run by a small editorial team, and this page is the way to reach us. How we handle a correction, and what happens after you send one, is set out in our Editorial Policy.
What to write to us about
In practice most messages are one of four things:
- A correction. Something on a page is wrong, out of date, or misread from its source. Send the page address, and the source if you have it.
- A right of reply. You represent a product we have reviewed or compared, and you want to answer something we wrote.
- A data request. You want to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
- Anything else. A coverage gap you think we have, a question about how the site works, or a licensing request.
How to reach us
Write to support.elevenreview@gmail.com. For anything about your personal data, use the same address with “Data request” in the subject line, so it is routed to whoever handles those requests instead of sitting in the general queue.
We are a small team, so we read everything but we cannot answer everything the same day. Corrections and right-of-reply requests come first.
Corrections and right of reply
If a fact on a page is wrong, we correct it. Where a page keeps a changelog it records what changed, and the last-updated date moves either way, so a correction is visible rather than silent. We do not remove a page, a rating or a claim simply because someone would prefer it gone. We change it only when it is wrong.
A comparison page names two products in a head-to-head, and the businesses named have a right of reply. Send us your answer and we will consider it on its merits; the mechanism, and what we do with it, is set out in our Editorial Policy. It is a request to be answered, not a comment to be moderated, and it is never a route to buying a better score.
Data requests
To see, correct, delete or get a copy of the personal data we hold about you, write to the address above with “Data request” in the subject. We will answer within one month, as data-protection law requires, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first so that we do not hand your data to someone else.
What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy, and the cookies the site sets are listed in the Cookie Policy.
What we cannot help with
- Testing a product. We do not run first-hand tests and we do not accept products to review, so there is no lab to send anything to.
- Paying for coverage. We do not sell reviews, rankings, awards or places in a guide. A request to be added to a list is one we decline.
- Vendor support. An account, a bill or a refund is a matter for the vendor, not for us.
